Living from the Inside Out was born when Catherine Bell was interviewing University students. She asked them what they love in business and what are their strengths and weaknesses. Many responded to these questions with a blank stare and would say they had nothing to work on. The truth is, Catherine would probably have responded a similar way in those moments of her life.
Living from the Inside Out is an invitation to explore your leadership interior. It provides a frame for business school students to paint a picture of their own lives and to explore what exists underneath it all. The course includes topics such as building leadership capacities, relationships, business as presence, mindfulness, and heartfulness.
Indeed this is a unique invitation to business students, faculty, and coaches to explore themselves, and in that revolutionize the world. Our team is here to support students on the journey inwards.
Constance Kellough, Founder of Namaste Publishing, helped name the invitation, and has courageously been shaping the program, Mac Van Wielingen, Private Equity Leader, is defining the “why” this is important, and Julian Barling, Leadership Thought Leader, is discussing “relationship”, and Catherine Bell, Passionate Executive Searcher and Team Transformer, is providing practical applications and experiences.
Thank you to Queen’s University for being the inaugural invitation to Living from the Inside Out.
