Living from the Inside Out is a counseling, coaching and mentoring service that offers guidance and support to women who are ready to recreate themselves and their lives. Sometimes the road we travel becomes rocky and full of obstacles and challenges at every turn. We may begin to feel as if Life Itself is working against us. Usually this is just the universe putting you on notice that it's time for a major change! What one needs during these difficult times of self-renewal is the support and guidance of a woman who has been there--done that many times in her own ever-changing, ever-evolving life.

I offer you private telephone consultations to ease you through the challenges that are inherent in the experience of those of us who are determined to find purpose and meaning in our lives; for those of us who know in a deep place of knowing that her life has meaning apart from her roles as mother, wife, daughter, citizen, etc.

My focus is on the spiritual side of things. I show you how to quiet the confusion and chatter in your head and connect with what I call your Essential Self: that part of you that knows who you are and why you came to this flesh life.  I provide simple cognitive techniques, meditative and breathing exercises and  plain talk based upon my own personal journey through a life that has not always been gentle.

Someone to talk to when family or friends can't help
 
There are times when family and even the most intimate of friends cannot help you. I can provide immediate counsel and the kind of guidance and support that will carry you out of confusion and back to the Light in the most challenging of times.

Remember, life isn't doing anything to you. There is a growth lesson hidden in even the most troubling and problematic circumstances. In our work together, you learn to look beyond appearances to the underlying messages that all of your life experiences contain.

So, instead of booking time with a stranger, I am offering you a FREE, INTRODUCTORY 15 MINUTE SESSION! If you think you want to give this a try, click on the CONTACT US button at the left and send an email containing your full, legal name and your telephone number and I will contact you ASAP!

 

If we both agree to continue, we can then set up a telephone counseling schedule. I speak to clients on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays, from 2 - 4 PM and then again in the evening, from 6 - 8 PM.
